Pricing, Taxes/Fees & Payment Policy

Pricing and fees:

• Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and activities unless stated otherwise.

• Additional charges such as fuel surcharges, baggage fees, seat reservations, and hotel incidentals may apply, which will be charged directly by the relevant travel supplier.

• Users are responsible for any additional charges imposed by travel suppliers, such as fuel surcharges or other service fees.
   

Taxes & Additional Fees
 

Prices do not include:

• liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, or incidental room charges (e.g., telephone, movies, energy surcharges, etc.).

• Users must pay these charges at the car rental pick-up location or hotel check-in counter.

• Additional flight fuel surcharges or other surcharges imposed by travel suppliers may apply and must be paid by the traveller. These will be communicated at the time of booking where applicable.

Payment Policy
 

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card.

• ETrips accepts all major credit and debit cards with a verifiable billing address.

• By booking with ETrips, you authorize us and our third-party processors to charge the total amount to your payment method.

• Some travel suppliers may require users to present a valid credit or debit card at check-in to confirm authorized card usage or secure additional charges.

• The cardholder must be listed as a traveler in the booking.
   

Conditions of Sale
 

All offers, prices, and conditions of sale are subject to:

• Change without notice.

• Advance purchase, eligibility, and other limitations.

• Blackout dates, stopovers, and waitlisting restrictions.

• Reservation validation limits (extensions may have penalties).

• Availability and other conditions imposed by travel suppliers.
