Cancellation Policy

  • Every booking made with ETrips is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, hotel, or other service providers, which may vary.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable, as per the terms and conditions informed at the time of booking.

  • Only cancellation requests made online, via telephone, or through email (for emails, the travel date must be more than 48 hours away) will be entertained.

  • ETrips shall not be liable for cancellation requests made through any other medium.
     

Refund Policy

  • It is mandatory to contact ETrips for all refunds, as airlines or hotels cannot process refunds for tickets booked through ETrips.

  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary depending on the service provider.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, etc.).

  • If a user cancels a booking directly with an airline or hotel, they must inform ETrips with valid documentation within 48 hours to initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds can only be processed once confirmation is received from the airline or hotel. Processing time may vary based on the service provider’s policies.

  • For all payments done by International Credit card, please note refund will be processed in Indian Rupees only. Refund process may take additional 7-10 working days. Other standard terms and conditions of cancellation & refund remains same.
