10. Force Majeure
ETrips is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

13. Important Travel Information

If your trip includes an international destination, the Warsaw Convention may apply, limiting airline liability for passenger injuries, deaths, or baggage loss.

A reservation is not complete until confirmed and ticketed by the travel supplier.

To protect users, we verify payment details with banks before processing transactions.

Until payment verification is complete, fares are subject to change. ETrips is not responsible for fare differences resulting from delays in verification.

ETrips is not responsible for payment failures due to declined transactions, unverified billing addresses, or any changes in fare during verification.

If a fare is unavailable after an approval code is issued, the amount may be temporarily held by your bank.
